Options

1.5.1 

• fixed precision on getPointAtLength
• Fixed negative scaling (hat tip to http://github.com/mal)
• added ID generation according to RFC 4122
• fixed stroke-opacity when opacity and gradient are defined
• fixed snapTo for first value as a number
• Added scopes for events and pass event object to drag handlers
